From Your Sketch to a Shelf-Ready Polyresin Piece
Five craftsmanship stages run sequentially in our Quanzhou workshop — each step is QC’d before the next one starts. Sampling takes 7–14 days; bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval.
Step 1 · Mold Preparation
Your artwork is sculpted and a production silicone mold is cut. Existing molds from our library are reused when possible to keep tooling cost low.
Step 2 · Resin Casting
Liquid polyresin is mixed, pigmented if needed, and poured into molds under controlled temperature. Curing follows.
Step 3 · Trimming & Deflashing
Cast pieces are demolded, seam lines are trimmed, and surfaces are sanded to remove flash. A consistent mold release & trim process keeps every piece smooth before painting.
Step 4 · Hand Painting & Finishing
Trained painters apply base coat, motif colors, and protective finish by hand. UV-resistant clear coat and specialty finishes (metallic, crackle, glow) are added here.
Step 5 · Packing & Export
Each finished piece is individually wrapped, fitted into inner dividers, then packed into export cartons (or OEM color boxes on request). Final QC pass before container loading.

What is polyresin, and why is it used for home decor instead of ceramic?
Polyresin is a cast polymer — liquid resin poured into a silicone mold and cured. Compared with ceramic, polyresin captures finer sculptural detail, weighs significantly less (which lowers shipping cost), and absorbs impact without shattering. For home decor sold across borders or in high-traffic retail, polyresin delivers a more durable shelf product at a comparable price point.
What is your MOQ for custom polyresin home decor?
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per design. For repeat buyers or simpler SKUs we can go lower — write to us with your project and we will quote a flexible MOQ per case. We also combine multiple designs in one container to spread shipping cost across your seasonal assortment.
What is the lead time from sketch to bulk?
Sampling takes 7–14 days for a new mold (5 days if we already have a similar mold in our library). Production lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval. Container loading follows 3–7 days later depending on quantity.
Can you issue REACH / CA65 / EN71 test certificates?
Yes. We can arrange REACH, CA65, EN71, and ASTM F963 testing per shipment or per batch via an independent lab. We confirm compliance scope on the quotation. This is a paid add-on — ask us for the current test cost on your destination market.
Can you make a custom mold from my artwork?
Yes — most projects start with reference photos, vector art, or even a hand sketch. Our sculptors build the master, you approve it, and we cut the production mold. Tooling cost and sampling fee are quoted per case. The mold is owned by you; we keep it locked under NDA.
What packaging options do you offer for retail?
Default export packing is bubble wrap + inner dividers + 5-ply white carton with fragile tape. For retail, we offer custom color boxes (CMYK print, gloss/matte laminate), window boxes, header cards, and master cartons packed to your retailer’s planogram. Tell us your retailer’s spec sheet and we will match it.
